About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout South Wales. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to maintaining professional standards on every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces for decoration, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Carrying out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work
- Wallpaper hanging and finishing
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards
- Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and site managers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Own tools and reliable transport are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
