Job Description Multi-Skilled Engineer Vale of Glamorgan-Barry £43,350 initially rising to £45,900 Shift Pattern: Starting on 2pm-10pm,from mid-summer it will remain a day shift. Must be able to cover 6-2 or 2-10 as and when required. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our clients Engineering team. The Multi-Skilled Engineeris primarily responsible for delivering preventative, corrective, and reactive support to the operations team across all aspects of the site assets and infrastructure and to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the manufacturing equipment. They will also supervise and leadcontractors, work and adherence to PPM schedules. As an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be able to complete the designated preventative maintenance tasks, identify potential failures and plan and execute corrective maintenance tasks. Being able to identify potential engineering / operational solutions to recurring failures and to implement and complete resolutions will also be required. An effective team member, you will demonstrate high competency in health and safety awareness as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
