Private Caribbean Island Short Summertime Contract to a Full-time | 1-Year Contract from October 2026
Package & Benefits
- Salary: $1,250 USD net per month
- 30% net commission on all private sessions

About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly versatile Yoga and Fitness Coach to join their wellness team in a private Caribbean island setting. This is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional fitness and wellbeing experiences to residents and guests within a luxury, exclusive environment. Yoga will be the primary focus of this role; however, the successful candidate will also deliver Pilates, Personal Training sessions, and other group fitness classes as required. You will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to individuals and groups of all levels, creating a welcoming and motivating environment, and contributing to an outstanding wellness offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of yoga classes, primarily including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Power Yoga
- Instruct mat Pilates and other group fitness disciplines
- Provide tailored instruction and modifications to suit individual client needs
- Deliver 1:1 personal training and private sessions where required
- Build strong, positive relationships with guests and clients
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional teaching environment
- Collaborate effectively with a wider wellness and hospitality team
- Work a flexible schedule, including up to 2–8 classes per day
Requirements
- Minimum 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification
- At least 3 years’ experience teaching yoga (1:1 and group settings)
- Strong experience in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Power Yoga
- Certified to teach Mat Pilates
- Additional qualifications in Personal Training, Aqua Aerobics or similar highly desirable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, energetic, and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to commit to full-time island living
