About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Job Coach to support individuals on their journey into sustainable employment. The right candidate will provide one-to-one coaching, helping participants overcome barriers, build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure long-term job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants.
- Complete assessments and employment action plans.
- Deliver tailored coaching and employability support.
- Assist with CVs, job searches, and interview preparation.
- Liaise with employers and coordinate interviews.
- Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment.
- Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, employability, or support services.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Understanding of barriers to employment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
