Salary: £25,200 - £26,780 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Job Coach to support individuals on their journey into sustainable employment. The right candidate will provide one-to-one coaching, helping participants overcome barriers, build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure long-term job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of participants.
  • Complete assessments and employment action plans.
  • Deliver tailored coaching and employability support.
  • Assist with CVs, job searches, and interview preparation.
  • Liaise with employers and coordinate interviews.
  • Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment.
  • Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, employability, or support services.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Understanding of barriers to employment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
