Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) Location: Cardiff Head Office, 3 days per week Salary: £31,000 £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 4:30pm Our client Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join their team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take a key role in leading, motivating and developing a team of Assessors, while ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of learning programmes. You will be responsible for maintaining robust Internal Quality Assurance processes, supporting continuous improvement, and helping to drive learner achievement, satisfaction, and progression. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of Assessors to ensure high-quality learner experiences and delivery. Monitor assessor performance, supporting development plans and targeted improvement where required. Oversee sampling and verification activities to support learner progression and achievement. Ensure delivery meets framework requirements and the standards of Awarding Organisations, Estyn, and MEDR. Support Assessors with appropriate actions to ensure compliance and quality across programmes. Ensure Assessors maintain effective engagement with employers throughout the learner journey. Complete clear, accurate and detailed IQA reports to support performance and continuous improvement. Ensure key themes including Safeguarding/Prevent, Equality
