The Role: You will provide high-quality, reactive maintenance services to our valued customers, taking pride in your work, upholding the company’s exceptional service and profile. Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose faults, service, and install domestic gas appliances. * Perform plumbing and heating maintenance and installations. * Communicate effectively with the office team and customers. * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. * Upsell additional services when appropriate.
