Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm for 4 weeks, and 4 out of 5 days thereafter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy production operation in Llantrisant on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, working within a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
The Role:
- As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials across the site.
- Your duties will include:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
- Supplying materials to production areas
- Completing relevant paperwork and stock movements
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety
- Working as part of a wider warehouse and production team
About You:
- The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift experience, preferably within an FMCG, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- A reliable and hardworking approach
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamworking and communication skills
