The predicted salary is between 45000 - 50000 £ per year.
The role of Fire Risk Consultant will include (not exhaustive):
Conduct Legislative and Non-Legislative Fire Risk assessments.
Produce Fire Safety related reports commensurate with skill sets and qualifications.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current Legislative requirements, benchmark standards and guidance.
Collaborate with Principal Fire Risk Consultant/Validator and Directors to maintain ongoing third-party certification status.
Produce Fire Safety related reports e.g. Reg 38 Fire Strategy, commensurate with skill sets and qualifications.
Providing key client contact for Consultancy projects and undertaking FRAs in various sectors, including, but not limited to the following; offices, factories, all sleeping risks (hotel, residential flats, residential care etc.), NHS Buildings, schools and colleges
Executing and completing projects on time and on budget.
Ensuring all projects are technically correct.
Ensure FRA assessment, validation and release to administration meets with NSI process & procedure
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in connection with role.
Participate in the development, advancement and promotion of the business.
In addition to performing the above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensure the smooth-running of the Company. Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours
Experience of all aspects of Fire Risk Assessments in all buildings especially high-risk.
Good communication and customer engagement skills including being able to communicate effectively with others relevant to carrying out fire risk assessments within high-risk buildings
The applicant should be able to manage their own diary, be punctual, polite and keen to work as part of a busy fire safety team.
Be able to behave appropriately when dealing with a client.
Qualifications equal or surpassing companyminimum standards.
