Key Responsibilities
- Processing insurance documentation, including policies, certificates, and mid-term adjustments
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handling queries from insurers, underwriters, and internal teams
- Supporting invoicing, payments, and finance administration
- Providing professional telephone and email support
Requirements
- Previous administration experience (insurance or financial services experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
- Professional communication skills
- Proactive and able to manage your own workload
- A Cert CII qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards this with financial support.
