Key Responsibilities

  • Processing insurance documentation, including policies, certificates, and mid-term adjustments
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Handling queries from insurers, underwriters, and internal teams
  • Supporting invoicing, payments, and finance administration
  • Providing professional telephone and email support

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience (insurance or financial services experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proactive and able to manage your own workload
  • A Cert CII qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards this with financial support.
