The Role: As an Account Executive, you will build trusted relationships, provide expert insurance advice, and deliver tailored solutions that meet your clients' evolving needs. Working closely with insurers and internal colleagues, you will ensure exceptional service while identifying opportunities to retain, grow, and develop your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Build long-term client relationships and manage renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best cover and terms
- Generate new business through warm leads and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide tailored insurance advice and solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Account Executive, or Account Handler within commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- Cert CII qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards it
