Redmore Environmental is looking for an ambitious Principal Air Quality Consultant ready to take the next step in their career, or a Senior Air Quality Consultant who’s ready for promotion and new responsibilities. You will work on technically challenging land development and infrastructure projects while contributing directly to the growth and direction of the business. The Impact You Will Have

You will lead and deliver technically demanding air quality and climate change projects across the land development sector. Your work will influence planning outcomes, support major developments and help clients manage environmental constraints effectively.

The role will involve:

  • Managing and mentoring junior consultants
  • Winning and resourcing consultancy projects
  • Managing and delivering air quality, greenhouse gas, climate change and odour assessments
  • Dispersion modelling of road traffic and odour emissions using ADMS
  • Providing technical input and quality review
  • Managing personal and team projects from proposal through to delivery
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development

Projects will range from simple Construction Dust Assessments to complex multi‑source Odour Assessments and large‑scale road vehicle emissions modelling.

What We Are Looking For

At least five years’ experience in UK air quality consultancy (more or less experience considered)

  • Experience delivering air quality, greenhouse gas, odour and dust assessments in a consultancy environment
  • Strong experience in dispersion modelling of vehicle exhaust emissions using ADMS
  • Ability to manage projects from proposal to completion
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
  • Membership of IAQM, ISEP or similar (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
