Investment Executives provide valuable support to our Investment Managers throughout the client journey. From being one of the first points of contact for client queries, through to supporting the Investment Managers with portfolio construction and placing trades, this is a role for a strong all-rounder who is not afraid to get involved. With a solid toolkit of administrative skills and a passion for investments, this is a role where you could make a sizeable positive impact for our IMs and our clients. This role can often act as a springboard for someone who is looking to progress into investment research, portfolio management or investment management – giving you wider exposure to, and involvement in, more complex duties and responsibilities.
This is a highly client-facing role, so you will need to be a confident communicator, who can handle a variety of queries clearly and sensitively. This role provides essential support to the office, including daily tasks such as handling post and incoming client queries.
What we’re looking for
- Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Essential: Level 4 CISI Investment Advice Diploma or equivalent qualification. At least 6 months’ work experience within UK Financial Services.
- Desirable: Previous work experience within Investments or Wealth Management. Good understanding of Capital Gains Tax, corporate actions and operational procedures relating to investments.
