It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm-wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations. We are looking for an experienced specialist to join us and ensure that all our treasury and liquidity outputs are robust, transparent, and aligned with regulatory expectations, internal risk appetite, and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the firm’s financial stability by delivering high-quality liquidity insights, funding analysis, and treasury risk management. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will be actively involved in:
- Stress testing models to assess resilience.
- Designing and maintaining advanced treasury analytics.
- Supporting wider team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Experience operating within a CASS environment, including firms applying the full client money model.
- Strong up to date knowledge of best practice in treasury, liquidity risk, and financial analysis.
- Previous exposure to stress-testing methodologies relating to liquidity and resilience.
- Prior experience of operating in a treasury and liquidity function.
