Content & Social Executive in Leeds

Are you ready to help shape the next chapter of Redmayne Bentley’s story? We recently celebrated our 150th Anniversary and now is an exciting time to join the next stage of our firm wide strategy to build on our historic foundations.

We are looking for a creative, curious and commercially minded Content & Social Media Executive to help us bring our expertise to life.

You will create engaging content that works across multiple channels and helps us connect with clients, prospects and professional contacts. You will be integral to shaping the stories, insights and campaigns that build awareness, trust and engagement.

Your vision will shape our content strategy, planning, creating, distributing and optimising content across Redmayne Bentley’s owned channels, as well as take our content and social media activity to the next level.

About You

• You love creating content and can write, edit and shape messages for different audiences, channels and objectives.
• You understand social media and know how to use best practice, trends and tools to build visibility and engagement.
• You think strategically and can plan content around audience needs, business priorities, campaigns and measurable goals.
• You are comfortable with data and can use search trends, analytics and reporting to improve performance.
• You are a natural collaborator who can build strong working relationships with colleagues, agencies and stakeholders.
• You bring energy, organisation and attention to detail, with the confidence to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work.

What does the future look like?

Once you are settled into the role, you will be able to take on more responsibility within the role and develop your skills and experience further through CPD and other development opportunities.

Redmayne Bentley provides support for colleagues to achieve further industry standard qualifications, if that is something they wish to do.

For someone who is keen to progress further in this field, there will be developmental and coaching support provided for you to potentially progress into a more senior role in the future.
