Business Resilience Analyst in Leeds

It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm-wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations.

Our growing Risk & Resilience team is looking to add a new Analyst to the team to support our Business Resilience Manager with their growing remit across the firm.

You will play a valuable role in helping the team deliver Redmayne Bentley’s two-year enhancement plan and wider business resilience framework. Your existing experience in this area will add valued knowledge and support during this critical time.

Your efforts will contribute to ensuring the firm’s critical services and dependencies are protected from an ever-changing array of vulnerabilities and threats.

About You

Alongside some prior experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity or Risk Management, this is the kind of candidate that would thrive in this opportunity.

• You are organised, have a keen eye for detail and can be relied upon to deliver accurate and timely work.
• You are inquisitive and not afraid to challenge, where appropriate, to ensure resilience activities are evidenced properly.
• You are a natural collaborator who can build strong working relationships with colleagues, third parties and other stakeholders.
• You are a fast learner and have the ability to communicate to different audiences, tailoring your approach where necessary.
• You are comfortable with data and can use it to identify trends, gaps and themes to deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as bringing the energy and confidence to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
