About the Role
It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm-wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations. To help us realise the benefits of this growth and change, we need an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on delivering a portfolio of complex and high value projects through to completion. Utilising your knowledge of project and programme management methodologies, you would play a significant role in enhancing and maintaining the firm's wider project governance structures.

- Qualifications
- Formal project management qualification/certification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, Agile/Scrum, MSP, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing large-scale, multi-department, system/infrastructure or complex business change projects, with significant budgets and strategic impact.
- Proven track record of delivering projects using formal methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Detailed understanding of project lifecycle and major project management principles.
- Successful experience using Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, Primavera, JIRA, etc.)
- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated sector.
- Experience supporting change or digital transformation projects and programmes.
- Detailed understanding of business change management and digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and emerging technology trends.
- Client & Outcome Focused - ensures that initiatives remain focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Collaborative - build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective Communicator - excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Process & Detail Oriented - Proven ability to design and implement robust governance and processes for change.
- Professional Integrity & Credibility - willing and able to influence, and challenge effectively, colleagues across all levels of the firm.
