It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm‑wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations. Our award‑winning Investment Management team are central to these ambitious plans, and they need a talented Business Analyst to support the Head of Investment Management with vital analysis and reporting. You will have opportunities to support a wide range of projects and change initiatives, whilst also providing valuable support to the department's business as usual operations. This is a brand‑new role – that means you will have a significant part to play in the success and future of this role. An ambitious self‑starter would thrive in this role – particularly if they are passionate advocates for producing actionable MI backed up by well‑evidenced data.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

  • Essential
  • Previous experience of data collection and extraction from systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar to produce visualisations and dashboards.
  • Good knowledge of data governance best practice.
  • Desirable
    • Previous work experience within investment management or financial services.
    • Good awareness of FCA regulations.
