Redmayne Bentley are creating a new team in our Leeds Head Office to focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and we are looking for a Business Analyst to play an important role in establishing the benefits of this investment within the firm.
You will be helping the team identify and document processes for automation, whilst working closely with other departments to understand their requirements and how they can utilise automation to create efficiencies and improved outcomes.
The most common tasks you will be responsible for are:
- Evaluating the technical and operational feasibility of automating specific tasks.
- Supporting the Automation Developers by translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Assisting with the creation of test plans and validating automated processes against requirements.
- Carrying out regular communication to stakeholders and managers on the progress of development activities.
- Supporting user adoption by creating documentation and training materials.
Work Details
Work Pattern: 8.00am – 4.30pm (typical)
Contract: Permanent

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience mapping and analysing workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Experience of working on automation projects using RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
- Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Industrial certifications or charterships
- Experience of working in the financial services sector.
