Client Asset Reconciliations Manager

Hybrid Working: Available after 2 months (up to 2 days WFH per week) It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm‑wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations. We are looking for a strong technical specialist to join us and further strengthen our first line controls in Client Asset protection. You will be empowered to lead the CASS reconciliation agenda within the firm, working closely with the Head of Finance to embed a robust and sustainable control culture within the team. Prior people management experience is not essential for this role; we are committed to supporting you to develop this over time, if required. What we need is that top‑notch technical expertise that you can use to help our processes and team develop and improve to meet the needs of our regulators.
