We are seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic Teacher of Biology to join our passionate and dedicated Science department from September 2026. You will need to be able to teach Biology up to KS5, Chemistry up to KS4 and all Sciences at KS3. We welcome applications from candidates with all levels of experience, and you can expect the support of an experienced, friendly, and collaborative team.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Job Details and Remuneration

  • Hours: Part-time (0.6 to 0.8 FTE)
  • Salary: from sp pt 5 £34,068 (ECT) to sp pt 17 £53,781 (PL2) pro rata, pay award pending
  • Starting salary for new joiner will be on the GDST teacher pay scale and will depend on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
