Overview
An urgent job as a Maintenance Engineer has arisen in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk for a company that offers a 9‑day working fortnight.
The company specialises in the design and manufacture of micro‑electronic assemblies for the defence and aerospace sectors.
You will be working within a fast‑paced environment to carry out machine maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis and repair of complex electro‑mechanical, optical and control equipment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial laser systems
- Support installation, commissioning, calibration and validation activities
- Carry out inspection and testing of electrical equipment
Qualifications
- HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 for the Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment
- PAT Testing qualification and practical experience
