An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Technician to join a world-leading scientific and advanced engineering organisation operating one of Europe's most sophisticated large-scale research facilities. The organisation develops and operates highly complex electrical, RF, control, instrumentation and accelerator systems that support cutting-edge scientific research across engineering, materials science, life sciences, environmental science and advanced manufacturing. With a major multi-million-pound upgrade programme underway, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and operation of one of the UK's most technically advanced engineering facilities. This is a hands-on senior technical role supporting the installation, commissioning, maintenance and continuous improvement of complex electrical and control systems. Working closely with project engineers, technical specialists and external contractors, you will supervise electrical activities, support major upgrade programmes and ensure the reliable operation of critical accelerator infrastructure.
