Overview
In this role you will contribute to the development and validation of RF, microwave and mmWave technologies for mission-critical applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, develop automated tests, and integrate solutions into production. You’ll analyze test data to drive improvements and support the full test lifecycle. This is an opportunity to shape testing capabilities in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Define RF test requirements and validate specifications with engineering and production teams
- Develop and maintain automated RF test solutions using LabVIEW and TestStand
- Create and execute RF/microwave test procedures from prototype to volume production
- Debug/validate RF hardware with RF test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to integrate test solutions into production
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and customer-facing presentations
- Support production/engineering with technical queries and fault diagnosis
- Analyze test data to recommend improvements for test capability and product performance
- Support the full test solution lifecycle including instrumentation selection, implementation, training, and change management
Key requirements
- Degree qualification in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency with LabVIEW, TestStand, and RF test equipment
- Practical experience with microwave and RF measurement and diagnostic techniques
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or production test environments is beneficial
- Knowledge of serial communication protocols such as I2C/SPI advantageous
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance essential
