My client are seeking an organised and detail-focused Quality Coordinator to support the management, tracking and maintenance of product approvals, certification records and technical documentation for life-safety electronic systems. This is a key coordination role within a regulated manufacturing environment, working closely with engineering, quality, product management and external certification bodies. Key Responsibilities for this Quality Coordinator based in Kent Maintain registers and databases for product certificates, technical files, CE/UKCA documentation and third-party approvals. Track certificate expiry dates, standard updates, surveillance audits and re-certification requirements. Coordinate approval submissions for new and modified fire safety products, including panels, detectors, call points, sounders and sensors. Maintain strict version control of technical dossiers, user manuals, schematics, compliance evidence and Declaration of Performance documents.
