In this FPGA Engineer role in Manchester, you will:
- Design, develop and verify FPGA-based digital systems for professional audio applications
- Implement and optimise real-time signal processing architectures in programmable logic
- Work across hardware, firmware and software teams to integrate FPGA technology into audio products
- Contribute to system-level design, performance optimisation, testing and debugging
- Explore new technologies and approaches to enhance product performance and functionality
The ideal FPGA Engineer will have:
- Experience in FPGA development, digital hardware design or a related engineering discipline
- Knowledge of digital logic design, real-time systems and signal processing architectures
- Experience with relevant hardware description languages such as VHDL or Verilog
- An understanding of embedded systems, hardware and software integration or digital audio
- A genuine passion for audio technology, music or professional sound products
