Our client, who are a global leader in high-performance interconnect solutions, are looking for a Business Development Manager - Interconnect in the South East to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is field-based across the South East, with regular travel to customer sites and occasional international travel. You will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing key customer relationships, working with a premium portfolio of connector and interconnect solutions across a variety of demanding industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and grow existing key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities with OEM customers.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, commercial, and project teams within customer organisations.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to promote high-value technical solutions.
- Manage and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities using CRM tools.
