Are you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Enclosures looking to join an organisation working on developing Cutting Edge Technology and Products for the Semiconductor manufacturing industry?

My client are a Market Leader who combine over 30 years of experience within the Semiconductor industry with the attitude and opportunity of a start-up company.

They are now looking to add a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to their expanding, high performing team.

This job is based in East Sussex but is commutable from Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Brighton, Newhaven and Seaford.

  • The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Enclosures job will be responsible for: -
  • Design of mechanical and electro-mechanical enclosures for the company’s special purpose machinery.
  • Create innovative 3D designs for plastic injection mouldings but also for small fabrications and mechanisms that meet the specification, time and cost targets.
  • Produce data, drawings and BOM to support the production and manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support for the special purpose machinery, this could include troubleshooting and efficiency improvements.

The successful candidate for this Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Enclosures job will ideally have experience of: • Proficient in 3D modelling
