The Operations Manager must have experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team. The Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership across Production, Engineering, Test, Planning and Continuous Improvement functions, developing high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people metrics, ensuring resources and capabilities are aligned to business objectives and customer demand.
