Are you looking for a SMT Team Leader job based in Shefford, Bedfordshire? My Client is a fully-fledged Sub Contract Electronic Manufacturer supplying products to a diverse customer base. They now require a SMT Team Leader to work within their Production site in Shefford, Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate for the SMT Team Leader job will have a strong background in SMT, PCB and Final Product Assembly processes and techniques, a good knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques including OPF, Lean and 5S, a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications, and a strong working knowledge of electronic assembly and processes including IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
Ideally, you will have experience leading a team, working with SMT machines, and possess strong man-management skills.
