About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own our multi‑channel engine, driving candidate and client acquisition, brand credibility, and a steady flow of opportunities for our consultants. You’ll turn strategy into action across digital, content, automation, PR, and events, and you’ll measure everything that moves.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across website/SEO, LinkedIn, email nurturing, and social channels.
- Produce high‑value content: quarterly anchor assets (e.g., market reports/salary guides) plus weekly insights, roles, and short‑form video.
- Strengthen brand visibility through PR, testimonials, reviews, and award submissions.
- Enable sales with case studies, playbooks, and templates; and improve the end-to-end candidate/client journey.
- Oversee marketing operations, including automation tools, ATS/CRM alignment, and analytics dashboards.
What you’ll bring
- Strong track record in B2B/B2C marketing execution, across campaigns, content, email, social, and PR.
- Confidence with SEO/PPC, LinkedIn, automation platforms, and web optimisation.
- Excellent writing ability and project management skills.
