An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join a growing business supplying electrical and electronic components into the electrical wholesale market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background working with electrical wholesalers and electrical contractors across the South of England.

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors, and distribution partners.
  • Promote and sell a range of electrical and electronic components, supporting both stock and project-based opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Increase product range penetration within existing accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments within the electrical wholesale sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven field sales experience selling components to the electrical wholesale industry (essential).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling electrical or electronic products into wholesalers and contractors.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with branch managers, buyers, and contractors.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
