Engineering Manager – R&D
The Redline Group has retained a leading process instrumentation manufacturer who is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their R&D team based in Surrey. Due to significant growth, they are seeking an Engineering Manager to be responsible for engineering and R&D for highly regulated products. You will manage all engineering deliverables, define and implement the engineering strategy and ensure performance meeting business needs and objectives. The nature of the industry and products will require someone who is a British Citizen.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading an Engineering / R&D organisation
- Experience in the R&D of mechanical and electronic/electrical products
- Proven background in a regulated industry i.e. Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Nuclear etc.
- Degree qualified in a related Electronics discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
