Electronics Design Engineer – Redline Group (Process Instrumentation Manufacturer) is hiring a senior Electronics Design Engineer to join a growing R&D team based in Surrey. The role involves analogue and digital circuit design for regulated industries and will require you to work on PCB design, prototyping, testing, validation, and software interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analogue and digital circuits across new and existing products for regulated industries.
- Lead PCB design and oversee prototyping, test, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with software teams on interface development.
- Mentor or manage small engineering teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior electronics design role, with mentoring or team management experience.
- Expertise in mixed-signal design within regulated sectors (defence, aerospace, medical, automotive, etc.).
- Degree-qualified in an electronics discipline (bachelor’s or higher).
- Strong skills in circuit and PCB design.
- Proficiency in C software programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
