  • Provide pre-sales, RFQ and technical support, including product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Identify customer requirements and develop effective HMI, display and embedded technology solutions.
  • Manage engineering projects, resources, documentation and forecasting across EMEA.
  • Lead, develop and mentor the growing FAE team.
  • Work closely with global engineering, sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Support EOL management, new product development and technical training.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Travel internationally across EMEA and to other global locations as required.

About You

We are looking for a technically strong, customer-focused engineering professional with experience in a Field Application Engineering, Applications Engineering or similar customer-facing role.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience managing or mentoring an engineering/FAE team.
  • Strong knowledge of LCD displays and HMI hardware – essential.
  • Experience with BIOS, firmware, application software and embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of x86 and ARM architectures and operating systems including Linux, Windows and/or Android.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a confident technical leader who enjoys working with customers, sales teams and engineers to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with commercial awareness, be comfortable working in a global, matrix environment and have a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
