This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK-based PCB Kitting & Assembly specialist that delivers high-quality, end-to-end manufacturing support to customers across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities within the electronics and PCB assembly sector.
- Manage inbound leads, convert enquiries into sales, and maximise account growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade events, and industry exhibitions.
Experience required:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or contract manufacturing (CEM).
- Strong technical understanding of PCB assembly processes, kitting, and supply chain solutions.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
