The successful candidate will oversee a team of analytical specialists, manage laboratory budgets and deliver high-quality analytical testing and technical support across industrial, special and medical gases. The ideal Lab Manager, based in Brinsworth, Rotherham will have a Degree in Chemistry or equivalent, alongside solid technical experience in gas analysis, measurement science or a related industry. They should have strong leadership experience, a good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and GMP practices, as well as hands-on knowledge of analytical techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and FTIR.
