Our client, who are a forward-thinking technology organisation undergoing a major transformation in software quality and delivery, are looking for a Software Test Automation Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role offers a hybrid working environment and will play a key part in driving the adoption of automated testing across multiple product development teams.

- Define and deliver a comprehensive test automation strategy, driving the transition from manual to automated testing.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using modern tools and best practices (including BDD).
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, working closely with Dev Ops teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of automation engineers, including performance management and training.

- Solid programming skills in Java Script/Type Script, with additional experience in . NET technologies (e. G. C#) desirable.
- Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
