An Embedded Systems Account Manager is sought to join an innovative engineering team in a UK-wide, home-based role, contributing to the growth of embedded systems, electronics and custom product solutions. The Embedded Systems Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for standard components through to bespoke design and development projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new leads and develop opportunities across target customers and markets
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships and accounts
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and custom design projects
  • Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to develop suitable solutions
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact through to order
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to support business development
  • Attend customer meetings, site visits and roadshows across the UK and Europe
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

The Embedded Systems Account Manager will have the following key skills:
