A globally successful leader of high speed electronics within the military/aerospace market are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer.

These bespoke products are used in hundreds of mission critical applications, where the performance and reliability delivered can be a matter of life and death.

Based in Northamptonshire, it is commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Rugby, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Kettering and Bedford.

The Manufacturing Engineer job in Northamptonshire, will ensure all products can be manufactured in a quality assured, reliable, scalable and repeatable manner.

Other responsibilities will include performing analysis of manufacturing defects, process failures to determine root cause & develop corrective actions, along with conducting DFMEA / PFMEA reviews with respect to new and existing products.

You will also be the interface between the Engineering and Manufacturing functions to develop and introduce new, or enhance existing manufacturing solutions/ processes.

You will attend NPI and design reviews, provide product and manufacture development recommendations for new, existing and emerging products and technologies.

The Manufacturing Engineer, Northamptonshire, will have working knowledge of Surface Mount Assembly and have a good level understanding of IPC-A-610.
