An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join this world leading bespoke manufacturing facility based in Weston Super-Mare . The position of Production Manager will involve managing a team of 20 operatives, resource planning, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency are achieved. This role will be a key part in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be an effective leader.
