A Senior Process Engineer is required to join an industry leading client based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting time to join this company as they continue their journey producing leading edge next generation products and systems.
The Senior Process Engineer job based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, will report into the Head of NPI and will be responsible for leading the development and optimisation of advanced manufacturing processes such as wafer processing, MEMS and microfabrication processes such as hybrid micro-electronics. These will be across both new product introduction projects and sustainment of current production lines.
The Senior Process Engineer will have an extensive understanding of:
- Wafer processing technologies such as photolithography, dry/wet etching or wafer bonding
- Semiconductor manufacturing processes such as PVD, CVD, Sputtering etc.
You will also likely have:
- A degree in an Engineering related discipline
- Failure analysis methodologies, statistical analysis techniques such as SPC
- Hands-on technical process knowledge in precision manufacturing
