The Quality Manager located in Glasgow, Scotland will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of quality standards, exceeding customer quality expectations whilst ensuring workplace safety and risk management.
The ideal Quality Manager will have experience in:
- Managing and developing the Quality Management System (QMS) to AS9100, ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards
- Providing leadership and mentoring to develop team members
- Supporting the Health, Safety & Environmental systems through audits
This is for a company that specialises in the design and manufacture of secure communication devices for predominately the defence and aerospace sectors. My client is unable to offer sponsorship, so UK working rights are needed, and you will need to be able to pass Baseline Security Clearance.
