Redline Group Ltd. is seeking an NPI Engineer to join our engineering and manufacturing team in Fareham, Hampshire. You will drive the introduction of new products into production, ensuring design transfers are smooth and product readiness is achieved across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project teams. You will validate designs, develop manufacturing processes, and support documentation from prototype through to production release, contributing to the full lifecycle of the product.
