Excellent opportunity for a Technical Program Manager - Hardware & Cloud (HaaS) to join an innovative technology business on a hybrid basis, with time spent at their Oxford site, owning the delivery pipeline for a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) platform. This role sits at the intersection of hardware and cloud and will require strong technical understanding of the trade-offs between hardware constraints, driver latency and cloud UI scalability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the development lifecycle of a vertical stack covering RTL designs, drivers, SDK and customer-facing cloud console, including documentation targets.
  • Ensure the HaaS platform meets all product requirements.
  • Facilitate internally between hardware engineers and software developers.
  • Work externally with enterprise customers to support delivery and product requirements.

Key skills required:

  • Experience managing complex technology products or platforms.
  • Strong software development background with the ability to review code and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Strong understanding of the full technology stack, from hardware and drivers through to SDK, cloud backend and UI.
  • Ability to work effectively across hardware and software engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with enterprise customers.
  • Comfortable managing technical trade-offs and product requirements.
