The Strategic Development Manager job is a field-based role with remote and hybrid working supported and will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sales growth across both existing and emerging market sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Sales & Business Development team, technical stakeholders, delivery functions, technology partners, and senior leadership to develop opportunities and convert customer requirements into project and service revenues. Managing major opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle and reporting on progress, win strategies, and commercial performance. Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive business development activities.
