They are seeking a Diagnostics Technician to join a fast‑paced engineering team in Great Yarmouth. This role focuses on component‑level fault finding, root cause analysis, and supporting compliance, testing, and continuous improvement activities across complex electronic assemblies.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and fault‑find electronic assemblies down to component level, including RF transmit/receive modules.
- Perform analysis using test equipment such as spectrum analysers, network analysers, and power meters.
- Support implementation of test setups and verification plans.
- Apply structured problem‑solving techniques to identify root cause of failures.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
- Analyse failure trends to improve yield, reliability, and quality.
- Support compliance, validation, and continuous improvement activities across diagnostics and production.
- HNC/HND or Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in electronics diagnostics and PCB‑level fault finding.
- Proven ability to diagnose faults down to component level.
- Experience working within quality, compliance, or regulated environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a methodical and detail‑oriented approach.
