Redline Group Ltd are seeking an NPI Engineer in Fareham, Hampshire to drive new product introductions from design through to full-scale manufacture. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and project teams to validate designs, develop processes and ensure products are production-ready.
The role covers prototype builds through to production release, requiring strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting, documentation skills and the ability to improve.
