Redline has been retained by a leading instrumentation manufacturer who are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their R&D team based in Cambridge. Due to significant growth, they are seeking an Engineering Manager to be responsible for engineering for a multidisciplinary team. You will manage all engineering deliverables, define and implement the engineering strategy and ensure performance meeting business needs and objectives. The nature of the industry and products will require someone who is a British Citizen.
