You will have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and/or Linux, with experience working with logs, drivers, services and system configuration. Experience with embedded systems, industrial PCs or hardware/software integration is highly desirable. You should also have working knowledge of software development, with experience in one or more languages such as C, C++, C#, Rust or Python, together with the ability to read, modify and create scripts or example code. Familiarity with interfaces including USB, serial, TCP/IP, PCIe and GPIO would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. About You You are a proactive, hands-on engineer who enjoys working closely with customers and solving real-world technical problems. You are equally comfortable troubleshooting complex issues, explaining solutions, developing tools and examples, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Rather than simply reacting to technical problems, you look for ways to improve processes, reduce integration challenges and help customers succeed faster. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced technology environment where your technical expertise and customer feedback can directly influence products and services. Why Join? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Customer Engineering and Technology function and play a visible role in helping customers successfully adopt innovative gaming and computing platforms. You will work closely with customers, Product, Software, Firmware and Engineering teams, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies while helping shape the tools, processes and solutions that support future growth.
