An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Product Support Engineer, to join a leading producer of automation and control software products for industrial applications, based at their headquarters located on the Isle of Wight.
The Technical Product Support Engineer will provide technical guidance, support and product knowledge to the Internal Sales team. You will be the technical liaison between the sales team and the software development team, capturing customer requirements and providing guidance on product solutions.
This role will suit someone who is technically astute within software development or related software products, with a commercial acumen to be able to liaise with internal teams and external customers. Previous experience within a sales/commercial function would be ideal.
Experience around software development, software products and/or software sales is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience and join a growing organisation. Must be based on site in the Isle of Wight.
